Dilys primarily practices in corporate banking and finance and debt capital markets work, in the course of which she advises local and foreign financial institutions in bilateral and syndicated banking transactions (both conventional and Islamic), project financing transactions, debt capital market issuances (both conventional and Islamic), government guaranteed debt issuances by government-linked companies, perpetual securities issuances and asset-backed securitisation transactions (involving various assets such as hire purchase receivables, real property and debt receivables).
