Justine’s primary area of practice is in debt capital markets financing and corporate banking.

Justine has been involved in conventional and Islamic debt capital market transactions with a focus on asset backed securitisation (ABS) transactions. Justine has advised on ABS transactions involving various asset types such as charge card receivables, collateralised bond obligations, hire purchase receivables and real property. She has also been involved in project financing for housing development projects, highways and a solar power plant. Her experience in corporate banking includes bilateral and syndicated financing.

Justine also advises on high-end and retail conveyancing matters.
