Malaysia’s Future Carbon Trading Laws and Legislation – Lessons from Sarawak

This publication was written in August 2024 by our strategic alliance partner, Abhilaash Subramaniam from Abhilaash Subramaniam & Co. which has a focus on tax and revenue law, and environmental law. Abhilaash advises companies on environmental laws, sustainability and how to improve their ESG practices. Abhilaash sits on the Malaysian Bar Council for the 2024/2025 term, and is the Chair of the Bar’s ESG Committee and Deputy Chair of the Bar’s Tax and Revenue Law Committee.
