Her experience includes advising local and foreign financial institutions and borrowers on bilateral and syndicated financing transactions and project financing transactions. She also regularly advises on a wide range of debt capital markets transactions (both conventional and Islamic), including issuances of bank capital instruments, retail bonds, convertible bonds, perpetual bonds, government bonds, green bonds and sustainability bonds.

- Advising the lead arranger on the establishment of multicurrency perpetual notes programme of up to RM25.0 billion in nominal value by Hong Leong Financial Group Berhad for issuance of Additional Tier 1 capital securities and Tier 2 subordinated notes and senior notes, multicurrency Additional Tier 1 capital securities programme of up to RM10.0 billion in nominal value by Hong Leong Bank Berhad and multicurrency perpetual subordinated Sukuk programme of up to RM2.0 billion in nominal value by Hong Leong Islamic Bank Berhad for issuance of Additional Tier 1 perpetual subordinated Sukuk wakalah and Tier 2 subordinated Sukuk Murabahah.

- Advising as Malaysian counsels for the arranger, ING Bank N.V., Singapore Branch, on the term loan facilities of up to USD75.0 million granted to a regional leading provider of solar energy to fund the development of solar projects across ASEAN and the subsequent upsizing to USD85.0 million.
- Advising the lead arranger on the establishment of Additional Tier 1 capital securities programme of up to RM1.0 billion in nominal value by Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad and the establishment by Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad of a subordinated Sukuk Murabahah programme of up to RM180.0 million in nominal value and a perpetual Sukuk programme of up to RM2.5 billion in nominal value for issuance of senior Islamic medium term notes, Islamic Tier 2 subordinated Sukuk Murabahah and Islamic Additional Tier 1 Sukuk Wakalah.
- Advising the joint lead arrangers on the establishment of Tier 2 subordinated medium term notes and senior medium term notes programme of RM8.0 billion in nominal value by United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd.
- Advising as Malaysian counsels for Japan Bank for International Corporation on its guarantee of JPY200.0 billion Samurai bonds issued by Government of Malaysia.

- Advising the joint lead arrangers on the establishment of Islamic medium term notes programme of up to RM10.0 billion in nominal value and Islamic commercial papers programme of up to RM2.0 billion in nominal value, based on Shariah principle of Wakalah Bi Al-Istithmar, by Tenaga Nasional Berhad.
- Advising the lead arranger on the establishment of reNIKOLA ASEAN Green SRI Sukuk Programme of up to RM390.0 million in nominal value under the Shariah principle of Murabahah (via Tawarruq arrangement) by reNIKOLA Solar Sdn Bhd to finance development costs of solar photovoltaic power plants in Pahang and Perlis.
- Advising the joint lead arrangers on the establishment of multi-currency Islamic medium term notes master programme of up to RM15.0 billion in nominal value based on the Shariah principle of Wakalah Bi Al-Istithmar by Petroleum Sarawak Exploration & Production Sdn Bhd.
